Don’t let anything blow directly into your face, hair dryers, heat or cool air from the car’s air conditioner, or fans.
If you’re on the computer or reading a book for a long time, make sure you take frequent breaks. Look at an object far away or just close your eyes and relax them.
Give your eyes a break from contacts and ensure they are properly cleaned.
You can add moisture in the air with a humidifier.
Avoid getting any type of smoke in your eyes.
Protect the cell membranes in your eyes by eating more omega-3 fatty acids, flax seeds and fish are a great source, it can reduce inflammation.
